Compassion Cincinnati reaches out to the poor and needy people of the
Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas with food, clothing, education, and counseling.
 
Compassion Cincinnati has declared
“War On Poverty”
aimed at helping families and children with immediate and long-lasting answers in their time of crisis.
 
Our Vision . . .
Life takes different turns for different people. Often individuals find themselves in circumstances and times of despair with no way out. Compassion Cincinnati is committed to being the way out and a way home.Too often, too many fall short when called upon to help those in need. It is our desire to see that this never happens again, thus becoming a resource to those willing to help.
 
1)    Be a complete storehouse of food provided to churches, civic organizations, schools, and police departments for immediate relief for those in times of crisis.
 
  • Providing food boxes and other resources for churches, public servants and other people who want to assist those they come in touch with in need of help.
 
  • Share Compassion Food Program serving over 80 counties.
 
2)    To provide classes and materials to help families and individuals deal with and find relief from the pains of addictions, deaths, divorce, and other enemies of the family.
 
  • A shelter for women and rehabilitation program.
 
  • Counseling with grief, divorce recovery and other crisis intervention needs.
 
  • “Adopt-A-Block”, a ministry that reaches out to the communities within our city promoting relationship building activities such as block parties, back to school supplies being distributed to children in need, assistance to the homeless and other community service projects.
 
3)    Developing a network of churches, civic organizations, businesses, and persons who wish to give toward the“War on Poverty” and its destructive lifestyles.
